They jad just had a pet drive so wasn't many cats. But the one I was interested in meeting was there. Everything explained well about the animal and they made sure you would be a fit.Adoption process extremely easy.

Scott is a legend. My house was built 7 years ago and the builders installed Term Guard for termite protection. The company that owns Term Guard, charges an arm and a leg to refill termite protection chemicals.. Scott came and not only did he fill up the Term Guard again, but also fixed issue created by a landscape gardener with the term guard. The inlet for Term Guard were not in the spot according to the builders plan, Scott spent quite some time to find the inlet and saved me a good amount of money and the stress to fix this issue.He is very easy to deal with and knows his way around all the issues that you may face.

We took our very sick little dog to this clinic after receiving very average treatment at our regular vet. Their care and consideration was outstanding. The vet who looked after our little family member, went to no end of trouble explaining the situation with great compassion for both our little dog and myself. I think the vet spent two hours with me explaining likely outcomes and options with great honesty and as it turned out great accuracy. I came away feeling that I was her only client.We lost our little dog, she had to be euthanased and this was carried out with the same care we had always received.Nine months later and we have just adopted another little dog, not as a replacement, nothing could replace that little dog, but to try to fill the void. Needless to say I will be taking this little one to the same caring place even though it is a considerable distance from my home.Regarding their charges, I believe they are more than competitive with other vets.

First class response from Rhien in dealing with reported sighting of possible venomous snake. Investigated & searched thoroughly the area to allay doubts. Highly recommended.

Had a meet and greet yesterday. The staff were excellent at explaining our dogs back story. They let us walk and play with him. See how he interacted with our kids. All went well so we got to take him home!Such a lovely experience.

Wow! This is not one of those B#Sht reviews! I was away working and my wife rang stressed about our dog as she had Just seen a snake in our yard with him sniffing at it and we had previously lost our last dog to a snake! Working away and unable to assist I rang this guy (Marcus I think) the first one that popped up on google. He spent 20 mins advising me on the snakes behavior, tendances and precautions to take. I was able to ring my wife back and reassure her it would be ok. IF YOU NEED A SNAKE REMOVED USE THIS GUY! P.S I specifically open a google account so I could write this review because i was so overwhelmed we the knowledge, advice and professionalism. Cheers Jason

One of their vehicles sideswiped me, driver yelled abuse then drove off. Denied any responsibility and company helped cover up. Shows their standards and morals.
